When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a written notice before the 1st of the month (payment due date) you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, make a payment through our website, or call in with a credit/debit card. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit/debit card monthly. We will need written consent via email or in person.

Will you park my RV/Trailer/Boat for me?

Yes, if you are a customer utilizing the Covered Storage/Parking only.

Can I give anyone my access code?

No, you should keep your gate code to yourself. Be discrete.

Can I park my car/motorcycle/4-wheeler etc in an enclosed unit?

Yes, but please be sure if there are any leaks that you protect the floor with a mat or bucket to prevent damage/cleaning fees.

Do you have inside accessed units available?

No.

Do you have climate controlled units available?

No.

Do you have restrictions on what you can store in the Open Storage/Parking or Covered Storage/Parking?

If you have anything out of the ordinary, contact us to verify if it will be ok. We are pretty lenient on what can be stored.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and cash. (AMEX & DISC are subject to a 3% processing fee.)

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office. And we have moving supplies to rent.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

We have dollies that can be rented. But no handcarts.
